Wild Petal Honey

This began as raw local organic honey poured over freshly picked petals. Each jar started hours after coming home with fresh petals. Honey was poured and filled to the brim, with the fresh petals being preserved and crystallized for 5-8 months.

Wild Rose Petal Honey

This is one of the most stunning products procured by the roses and bees. I recommend putting a few drops on your tongue to experience the depths of this concoction. Whenever you are in need of more sweetness in your or others words, place this nectar upon the tongue, and witness the softening and opening of the heart.

This was made in tandem with the Nootka Wild Rose Hip Powder in making a potent full plant spectrum tea. After taste testing this honey is best served with anything the imagination can conjur.

Our favorite pairings are: coffee and lattes, vanilla ice cream, hot chocolate and cacao, any herbal tea that needs sweetening, yogurt toppings, and any sticky sweet baked breads. Most notably we like taking a drop or seven after taking a dropper of the Petal Eros Elixir.
