We encourage exploring your creativity in using your Wild Rose Collection. Here are a few ways to get started…

Tea- Make your tea with boiling water and 1-2 tbsp of hip powder per 12 oz of water. Strain and add petal honey to sweeten. The fruit is Tart and makes a tart tea, which is where a lot of the medicine resides. Add a dab of coconut milk to make a creamy rose delight.

Herbal Heart Tonic- Add as little or as much to your cocktails, mocktails, kombucha, or simply put on the tongue to help soothe the nervous system, and return to the heart. Great to use when doing something nerve wracking or scary.

Petal Honey- In your tea, straight on the tongue to sweeten any situation or feeling. In your coffee, teas, yogurt, ice creams. Drop on your altars as a gift of sweetness and use to sweeten any spell or cast.

Petal Dust-Simply inhale the scent and bring that scent to anything you can imagine. Sprinkle on cakes, frosting, tea, coffee… Mix and experiment with mixing with oils for a natural color tint. Sprinkle into every dish to add the element of the wild into your cooking…
